A voice made in water. You don't need to swim every day. You don't need a huge following. You don't need to organise anything unless you want to. Being a DD4D Champion simply means standing with us, helping more people hear about neuroendocrine cancer, and keeping the ripple moving.
Daily Dip 4 Dave began with one daily sea swim and grew because people chose to join in, share the story, bring friends, create their own dips and keep talking about why it matters. Our Champions are part of that next chapter.
There's no minimum commitment and no pressure to perform. Do as little or as much as fits your life. One share matters. One conversation matters. One person turning up matters.
Share DD4D posts, facts, fundraising pages and campaign messages. Help accurate NET cancer awareness travel beyond our own audience.
Join a DD4D dip, awareness day, fundraiser or Champion meet-up when you can. Bring a friend. Wear the cap. Be visible.
Fancy doing more? Arrange your own dip, coffee morning, workplace challenge, walk, fundraiser or awareness moment. We'll help you shape it.

No job description. No clipboard. No guilt.
Some Champions will simply share a post now and again. Others may become the person who gathers twenty people at a lake, beach or lido. Some might talk about NET cancer at work, fundraise, introduce us to a useful contact, or help at a DD4D event. All of it counts.
A little flag for the movement. Wear it on dips, walks, events or wherever you want to start a conversation.
A friendly space to swap ideas, ask questions, share photos, celebrate wins and get help without everything having to be public.
If you want to arrange something, we can help with wording, social posts, DD4D information, fundraising ideas and sensible event planning.
Ready-to-share campaign graphics, key messages and simple NET cancer information so you're never left wondering what to say.
We'd love to bring the group together once a year for a dip, a catch-up and a chance to shape what DD4D does next.
Champions are our eyes, ears and extra voices. Tell us what's working, what people are asking, and where DD4D could make a difference.
Your championship. Your way.
Tiny ripple or full tidal wave. Both belong here.
Share a post. Mention DD4D. Wear your cap. Join the private chat. Come along when something is happening.
Join events, invite friends, share campaign days, help locally, fundraise occasionally, or connect DD4D with people who may be able to help.
Create your own dip or fundraiser, build a local group, take DD4D into your workplace or community, or dream up something we haven't thought of yet.
A few things we ask in return: keep DD4D welcoming, share information responsibly, and never feel you have to give medical advice. If you organise an activity, make safety the priority and ask us if you're unsure about anything. Most importantly, remember why the movement exists - to give people affected by neuroendocrine cancer a louder voice, and help push awareness and earlier diagnosis forward.
Join us. Start small. See where the water takes it.
Fill this in and it'll come straight through - I read every single one myself.
